IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. You can place an order at our online store and pay with PayPal account, debit or credit card. We use the most reliable and secure online payment processor PayPal for all the transactions. If you don't have PayPal account, you can pay with your debit or credit cart as a PayPal guest. When paying with your PayPal account, make sure your full address is correct as items will be shipped to the address indicated on your account. If paying with credit/debit card, please make sure you fill out your full address including postal (zip) code, full name, and primary email address (in case if we need to contact you). If you need items to be shipped to a different address, please request it and provide us with the correct address in PayPal notes.

2. Alternatively, you can place an order by e-mailing to us the items you want to purchase, your name, full address, and email. We will email you PayPal invoice and your order will be processed after the full payment is received.
3. Once we receive your order, we deal with it promtly. Most items that are in stock are dispatched within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you by email. Full payment must be received before the goods are dispatched.
4. Please note that shipping and handling fees are added to the order amount and vary depending on weight and region/distance. We use Canada Post for mailing services. Estimated delivery times:
a) within Canada: 2-4 business days
b) USA: 1- 2 weeks
c) International: 2 weeks or more
All the Customs duties and taxes must be paid by the Buyer. If international order is refused, goods will be destroyed and NO refund will be issued. All sales are final. We may contact you with additional shipping fees on large orders.
5. For all the wholesale/large/bulk orders please email us directly. We will respond within 48 hours and request all the required information.

7. All prices are in Canadian Dollars. We offer convenient currency converter on our website, just fill out the amounts to find out the rate. Please note, the rates vary and fluctuate often and we can't guarantee 100% accuracy.
