Pattern Viewer End User License Agreement

Pattern Viewer is an optional hosted, installable web application for eligible Cross Stitching Art charts. The fee is a one-time payment per selected chart—not a subscription or a promise of lifetime hosting. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Pattern Viewer and authorized charts on devices you own or control for your own stitching; all intellectual-property rights remain with their owners.

You must not share access to supply unpurchased charts, redistribute protected charts, resell or sublicense the service, bypass entitlements, access another person’s data, or disrupt the service. Internet access is required for initial authentication and preparation; offline use depends on retaining the application, authorization, and chart data in the same browser profile. The service may be updated, suspended, or ended for security, legal, technical, or commercial reasons, with reasonable notice where practicable; an already prepared lawful offline copy may continue to be used, but permanent compatibility, recovery, and hosting are not guaranteed.

To provide Pattern Viewer, CSA processes Shopify account and order details, chart entitlements, progress and preferences, and limited device, session, and security information, as described in the store Privacy Policy. Nothing in this EULA limits mandatory consumer, privacy, cancellation, refund, or other statutory rights. By placing an order with the Pattern Viewer add-on selected, you agree to this EULA; if you do not agree, do not purchase or use the add-on.
