There is an hour, just before midnight, when the sky grows fragile. A constellation shifts, a silver thread slips loose, and a little piece of the night begins to unravel.
Corvin, an old raven with sharp eyes and a rather serious sense of duty, is always the first to notice. He calls for Callista, the Star Weaver, who gathers the wandering threads of starlight and patiently stitches the heavens back together.
One evening, Corvin brings her a little star that has wandered too far from home. Callista tries to return it to its constellation, but somehow, it no longer fits.
So she stitches it into a forgotten corner of the sky, where darkness has lingered for years.
Far below, a weary traveller looks up and discovers a light illuminating a path he had never noticed before.
And Callista smiles, knowing what she has always known in her heart.
