Estrella, A Wish Upon a Star
Every Christmas, when the world grows quiet and the first stars appear, Estrella listens for the wishes that are never spoken aloud. Not wishes for riches or beautiful things, but the little ones carried deep within the heart. A child wishing her mother would smile again. An old man hoping to hear a familiar voice. Someone longing for forgiveness, or simply for a place where they belong. Estrella gathers these tender wishes and weaves them into tiny golden stars, each one held by a delicate thread. She knows she cannot promise that every wish will come true. But she also knows that somewhere, beneath the same winter sky, there may be someone who can make a difference. A kind word. An unexpected visit. A hand reaching out when it is needed most.
And so, on Christmas Eve, Estrella sends her stars into the night, carrying one gentle reminder:

Part of our Petite Muses collection, Estrella is created with a lighter, more graphic approach to stitching. Her elongated silhouette, flowing lines and expressive negative space allow atmosphere and form to tell the story, while a carefully limited palette keeps the design elegant and approachable.

Recommended Fabric:
A medium-dark, muted slate-blue or blue-grey fabric, similar to the shade shown in the design preview, is recommended for this design.
Avoid very light shades or extremely dark navy and charcoal tones. Make sure that DMC 09 and 550 remain clearly visible, while the delicate DMC 747 outlines and DMC 742 starlight details retain sufficient contrast against the background.
